Board-certified specialists in surgery, internal medicine, surgical oncology and ophthalmology, plus ultrasonography, gastroscopy and rehabilitation.
Small animal theatres
Sterile operating suites with advanced ventilation and lighting.
24-hour ICU
Inpatients are monitored through the night by our nursing team.
On-site laboratory
Wemmeshoek Diagnostic Laboratory, accredited and on the premises.
Equine theatre complex
Two surgical suites: one for orthopaedic and soft tissue work, one for colic and contaminated cases.
High-speed treadmill
For safely assessing performance problems in horses.
Vector protected & isolation
Horses can be admitted from the AHS protection zone, and infectious cases are kept apart.
